Disney holds such a special place in my heart and was a huge part of my childhood. Penny and I love spending our nights curled up on the sofa with mini rolls and hot chocolate watching Disney films. Brave seems to be her favourite film at the moment. I took her to The Disney Shop the other day and she immediately ran up to the Merida doll on the display. I feel that Merida is pretty badass and probably one of the best role models in the franchise, plus who doesn’t love Scottish lassies with firey red hair?! *cough* *cough*
The Disney Princess Ultimate Collection Personalised Book (£29.99) is absolutely magical and I can’t wait for Penelope to unwrap it on Christmas day. The hardback book comes in a presentation box with the iconic castle embossed in gold foil on top. The book itself contains eleven stories in chronological order from Snow White to Brave with beautiful, detailed illustrations inside. The words, “Created Especially for Penelope” have been added to the cover, as well as the title page and throughout the book at the top of the pages.
