The Countdown Begins | Christmas Movie Advent Calendar

The countdown has officially begun! Today the tree is going up and my ban on Christmas films has been lifted. My husband doesn’t really care about Christmas but I love every second of it. This year, Penny has a better understanding of what is going on and the big day is becoming more and more magical. Our festive PJs have been bought, I’ve booked our pantomime tickets and I’ve already ordered a tower of profiteroles from M&S for Christmas day. One of my favourite things to do at this time of year is to cosy up on the sofa under a mountain of blankets, grab a huge mug of hot chocolate, light my Yankee candle (this year I’m loving Frosty Gingerbread) and watch a Christmas film with the tree lights twinkling in the background.
