I’ve bought clothes for years from ASOS, their maternity section is particularly impressive, but it’s only recently that I started to order from their beauty department. ASOS stock both big high-end brands including Nars, MAC and Too Faced, and up and coming ones such as Eco Star Dust, Sister & Co and The Inkey List. They also regularly have limited-edition skincare and makeup boxes containing handpicked products at an affordable price, such as their ASOS Most Wanted Box and, more recently, the ASOS Bobbi Brown Box.
ASOS have teamed up with Bobbi Brown to create a box that contains six travel-sized versions of their bestselling products – all for just £15. When I first opened the box I was a little disappointed. The samples are small and the packaging could have easily been half the size, however, when you start to break down the variety, quality and value of all the products inside, I am actually really impressed with this collaboration. I can’t wait to find out which brands ASOS will choose to work with next.
Inside the box, you’ll find the Extra Repair Moisture Cream (7ml), Extra Illuminating Moisture Balm (5ml), Long-Wear Cream Shadow in ‘Beach Bronze’ (3.5g), Smokey Eye Mascara in Black (3ml), Crushed Lip Colour in ‘Babe’ (2.25g) and finally, one of my favourite ever skincare products which I swear by and use daily, the Vitamin Enriched Face Base (7ml). The full-sized eyeshadow alone retails for £22, so for only £15 this box is an absolute steal and wonderful introduction to the brand. I intend to give mine away for Christmas but after opening it up I might also pick one up for myself.
