I’m a huge fan of the Huda Beauty #FauxFilter Foundation (despite its rather unusual fragrance) and have been lusting over the pricey but beautiful remastered Rose Gold palette ever since it’s rerelease. Until then, I thought I’d share with you this remarkably similar eyeshadow palette from Primark which is an absolute bargain at only £3. The PS… Amber Passion Palette contains nine eyeshadows and is clearly a rip-off of the Huda Beauty Warm Brown Obsessions Palette. I came across it whilst searching for the Fenty Beauty highlighter dupes used in the latest SophDoesNails video. This is the best palette from Primark I’ve tried so far. Yes, the mattes are incredibly crumbly, there’s a tone of fallout and the shimmers perform better when applied with a wet brush, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and easy to blend they are. They require a bit of building but the champagne shimmer is absolutely beautiful, I’ve even used it as a highlighter a few times when my favourite has been out of reach. The colour payoff of the fiery orange shade, although not personally my cup of tea, is seriously impressive too. There’s not a single let down in the palette although they do fade a little throughout the day so I suggest using a primer. My all-time favourite being the Urban Decay Original Primer Potion.
