Sometimes boxes have themes, however, this box features an eclectic array of goodies that are sure to appeal to a wide variety of family members. Let’s start with the beverages. My favourite product this month has to be the Robinsons Raspberry, Rhubarb & Orange Blossom Fruit Cordial (£2.49). This is definitely more elegant and sophisticated than what we’re used to seeing from Robinsons down to the glass bottle, unique flavour combination and price point. I absolutely adored this. Every sip had me longing for a warm summer day out in the back garden so I could enjoy it to the fullest. There are also two different flavours of the LighterLife Fast Ready to Drink Shakes (£2.49 each) in Strawberry Passion and Vanilla Velvet. The shakes are designed to be enjoyed as part of the LighterLife Fast plan as a quick protein hit or meal replacement and are exclusively available at Superdrug. There is also two tea-themed beverages: the Mahtay Yerba Mate Sparkling Tea (£1.49) and a sample of Clipper Everyday Organic Tea.

There are two products from the Santa Maria Latin American Kitchen range which is always a favourite in our household. The creamy, hot and smoky Chipotle Mayo Topping (£1.80) and the Columbian Crunchy Chicken Bites Seasoned Coating (90p) are both simple ways to take family meals to the next level.

This month’s sweet treat is the Hersheys Cookies N Creme 5 Pack Snack Pack (£1). I’m usually not a big fan of American candy, but these little bars were delicious and perfect for popping into your lunchbox for a quick chocolate fix. The smooth white chocolate melts in the mouth immediately. The only problem with these tiny bars is trying to not eat all five in one go.

I’ve never tried ramen before so I love the look of this little kit. The Miso Tasty Spicy Ramen Noodle Kit (£1.99) contains noodles, a soup base and seaweed garnish for an authentic experience. Another store cupboard must-have is this full-sized box of Explore Cuisine Organic Edamame & Mung Bean Fettuccine (£3) which contains a high amount of plant-based protein and fibre.

Pulsin specialises in creating highly nutritious foods that transform snack time into opportunities to optimise health and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The Pulsin Vanilla Choc Chip Protein Booster (£1.59) contains a cookie dough taste, dairy-free chocolate chips and 13g of plant-based protein. There are two Jordans Juicy Red Berry Frusli Bars (45p each) in this month’s box that are packed with zingy cranberries, strawberries, raspberries, raisins and British wholegrain oats. The chewy bar is both moist and morish, not dry and bland like other cereal bars on the market. If you’re like me who often skips breakfast, these are the perfect solution.

Finally, ranked #1 in the US by Greenpeace for sustainability, this tin of Albacore Wild Tuna Steak (£3.49) retains all the natural juices in the can with no need to drain. Just mix the Omega 3-rich juices into the tuna for added flavour and nutrition.
