Getting Cosy This Autumn with Yorkshire Linen

When it comes to home decor, autumn to me means two things: salted caramel scented candles and cosy new bedding. I have such a small bedroom and my bed takes up 90% of the floor space, so transforming my room into an autumnal haven comes down to choosing the bedding. We also treat ourselves to a new duvet at this time of year, usually something with a higher tog for that added ‘marshmallow’ effect!

Yorkshire Linen Bedding

Selecting the right duvet covers plays a huge roll in making our bed as inviting as possible and ensuring our sleep is interrupted especially as the temperature starts to drop. There’s nothing like wrapping yourself up in your covers like a burrito with a good book (probably an old favourite like Harry Potter) and a mug of hot chocolate as the colder nights roll in. Duvet sets in autumn & winter inspired themes can be found at Yorkshire linen for a great price. They stock a huge number of fabrics, colours, textures and styles, including my three top picks: the Catherine Lansfield Nordic Trees, Dapper Dogs and Tartan Stag Duvet Sets. as shown above. Which is your favourite design?

Once I have the right bedding I can then start to stock up on all my other autumn essentials including a huge tin of Whittards Creme Brulee Hot Chocolate, the new Essie Fall Collection, all the Lush goodies and some new accessories from ASDA Home including this adorable ‘Fox in a Frame’ cushion.

How do you prepare your home for autumn?
