After purchasing a few one-off boxes from TreatBox including their bee-utiful honey themed box and April’s fairy tale inspired box (available here), I have finally decided to subscribe to this lovely service and receive an adorable box of randomness every month. TreatBox offers a few services; you can build your own box and create the perfect personalised gift, you can purchase past boxes if they’re still in stock, you can buy knick-knacks straight from their online store and you can subscribe like I did for only £12.95 a month with free delivery.
A few teasers are available here and there on social media if you know where to look but usually, the theme is a complete surprise. Every box comes beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and can fit through your letter box. I think this is a great touch because when you’ve had a stressful day, it’s a wonderful feeling to be greeted with this happy little box as soon as you open the front door.
This month’s box had a Summer feel to it and was all about the sea. My box contained an extra large tote bag (seriously it’s massive), perfect for heading to the seaside with and a beautiful ‘Mermaid Kisses and Starfish Wishes’ watercolour print which I can’t wait to frame. Also inside was a colourful wooden plaque, ‘MerBoss’ notepad, sailboat hanging decoration, mermaid bracelet and a stick of strawberry flavoured rainbow coloured rock.
I love the variety of thoughtful trinkets and accessories I receive each month from TreatBox; no two boxes are ever the same. It makes such a nice change from opening a beauty box to find the same brands and products every month. I already can’t wait for July’s box!
