Last month’s ‘Healthy New Year’ box (full review here) featured a wide range of natural and low-fat products. While this box has no particular theme, it does contain a range of nutritional and ethically sourced products from big brands including Amoy, Clarks and Jordans.

Our insect friends are apparently high in protein and contain all 9 essential amino acids. An interesting idea, still not eating it though.
Finn Crip Original Slims
This classic 100% wholegrain rye recipe was developed in 1952 and still remains the most loved flavour by Finn Crisp consumers. Baked with sourdough each thin has a rich rye taste and is deliciously crunchy. I love to top with chutneys and cheeses.
