Over a month ago I introduced the Merumaya Gentle Exfoliating Toner* (£17.50/128ml) into my daily skincare routine. The newest product from the revolutionary Merumaya skincare collection contains Natural Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) balanced with skin hydrating and softening ingredients to soothe sensitive skin and cleanse without stripping skin of it’s natural oils and moisture.
The blend of moisturising active ingredients and hyaluronic acid helps to keep the skin hydrated, plump and also claims to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on mature skin. Natural AHAs are gentle but powerful exfoliants that sweep away the top layer of dead skin cells without the need for abrasive granules.
The toner is gentle around my eye area and doesn’t irritate my skin whatsoever. It has really helped to improve the appearance of the blackheads around my nose and I have also noticed a significant reduction in the number of blemishes around my chin and forehead since adopting the Gentle Exfoliating Toner into my daily routine. My skin is rather oily in parts and my face honestly doesn’t ‘feel’ clean until I’ve used this toner. The amount of dirt, makeup and oil this toner removes is very impressive and after a month of use my skin looks considerably brighter and clearer because of this.
